Assistant General Manager
Position Overview: The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and facility maintenance. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a high level of member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Assist the General Manager in daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the studio is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times.
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/out processes.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Support the General Manager in developing and executing strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth.
- Lead by example in promoting and selling memberships, class packages, and retail products.
- Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing front desk staff, instructors, and other team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Customer Service:
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with members, fostering a welcoming and supportive community.
- Ensure all members have a positive and engaging experience at Rumble Boxing.
- Event and Program Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing studio events, special promotions, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and programs to the local community.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events and programs, providing feedback for future improvements.
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- College Degree Preferred
*This is a full-time position. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
